The birthers knew that President Obama was born in the United State of America but the lied and tried to convince people that he wasn't as a way to damage American leadership. That is what traitors do. We patriots all know that needs to be done to traitors.
The birthers knew that even if Obama was born in Kenya as they claim it still would not have mattered because his mother was an American. They tried to convince people otherwise. That is treasonous. We all know the punishments traitors deserve.
